HOW TO USE IT

Review the whole journey.

Start with the information customers need, follow their main journey on a phone and confirm the systems behind it work. Use your saved checklist in the handoff with the people responsible for the website.

A checked item records your review. The checklist helps organize the work; your team should confirm the actual behavior of the website.
