A family tradition, a clearer path to ordering and a team that stays involved. In collaboration with Shoreline IT Services, we redesigned Mystic Pizza II’s website and continue supporting it through maintenance, monitoring and reports written for the people running the restaurant.
The Mystic Pizza II project was delivered in collaboration with Shoreline IT Services, an IT company that is also a Palaeli Studio client.
Our contribution connects website design and development, online ordering links and continuing website care. Shoreline IT Services is our collaborator on this project.

The mobile experience
Mystic Pizza II opened in North Stonington in 1991, extending a family restaurant tradition known to locals and travelers. Its website needed to represent that history while helping people make practical decisions.
Guests need to find the menu, ordering link, location and hours quickly, often from a phone. Others want to understand the story behind this particular restaurant before they visit.
We brought those needs together: a recognizable digital presence with useful information and clear next steps.
Build around the restaurant’s actual identity, the information guests look for and the work needed to keep the website useful after launch.
Research its history, menu, location and customer experience before shaping the pages.
Organize the homepage, Menu, Our Story and Contact around useful visitor journeys.
Implement the WordPress website, connect ordering links and review the responsive experience.
Continue maintenance and monitoring, then explain the activity in language the owner can use.
Content organization, image placement, responsive design, client review and launch quality control for the restaurant’s website.
Prominent links connect the website with Mystic Pizza II’s existing Toast ordering platform. Our contribution is the website journey and link integration.
Give its family history and North Stonington setting a place alongside the menu, takeout information and full-bar experience.
Location-specific content and an SEO-minded page structure help explain the business to visitors and search engines.
WordPress updates, website-health checks, monitoring and practical adjustments as the restaurant’s needs change.
A short, business-focused view of visits, search visibility, ordering clicks, tracked contact actions and maintenance activity.
The restaurant owner should be able to understand what the website is doing without working through a technical dashboard.
Our Website Care Report brings the useful information into one place: how visitors arrive, which actions they take, what our team maintained and what needs attention next.
Website visits, mobile use, Google discovery and the Order Online button.
Software updates, security-certificate status and continuing maintenance and monitoring.
Tell the owner what we are watching and whether anything needs their attention.
This reporting approach is part of Palaeli’s broader website-care service, applied here to a real restaurant.

A change to review alongside visitor behavior, mobile performance and the next reporting period.
The website is a place where people discover the restaurant and move toward ordering. With 86% of traffic coming from phones or tablets, mobile navigation and clear action paths deserve continued attention.
The report measures website activity and maintenance. It does not establish revenue, completed orders, new customers or a ranking increase caused by the redesign.
Menus change. Software needs updates. Visitors arrive from different devices. New questions emerge from the data.
For Mystic Pizza II, we connect the initial redesign with ongoing care and clear reporting, keeping the restaurant’s digital presence part of everyday operation.
