BASED ON OUR WORKFLOW

Plan. Produce.
Approve. Publish. Learn.

This workbook follows the way Palaeli organizes content strategy, production and ongoing communication. It gives the calendar owner, strategist and client approver clear places in the process.

Set the publishing cadence that fits your agreed plan. The working calendar provides 31 date slots; those slots are space for planning, not a required posting frequency.

Calendar

Publication dates, topics, channels, formats, messages, assets, owners, production deadlines and approval dates. An approval check flags missing approval records for approved, scheduled or published items.

Strategy

Business goal, audience, offers, content pillars, language, cadence, ownership, client check-ins and review dates.

Production

Filming and design tasks, shot lists, client-supplied materials, owners, due dates and file links.

Monthly review

Compare the same account and platform, explain the results, record client feedback and assign next steps.

Use one copy
for one business and month.

  1. Download and open the workbook. Use Excel or import the file into your preferred spreadsheet app.
  2. Fill in Strategy. Change the sample month and agree the goal, roles and cadence. Pale yellow cells are editable.
  3. Plan the content. Keep the fictional examples separate from the working rows. Adjust dates and add rows if needed, carrying forward the formulas and validation.
  4. Batch the production. Connect production tasks with the content IDs, gather client assets and leave time for review.
  5. Record actual approvals. Schedule the approved work and keep the final file or post links.
  6. Close the month with a conversation. Add comparable metrics, explain what worked and agree the next actions with the client.

The approval check prompts a review; it does not prevent someone from scheduling a post. Metric changes stay blank when inputs are missing and show “n.a.” when the comparison baseline is zero.
